Hobsonville 10k

The Hobsonville 10k is based at the event headquarters at Hobsonville War Memorial Park in northwest Auckland and takes in the Hobsonville Point peninsula. From the start the route heads north-east along the roads of Hobsonville Point towards the harbour edge, then picks up the coastal Little Loop track around Catalina Bay and the point's waterfront reserves, including Bomb Point. It returns through the residential streets of Hobsonville Point to the finish. The course is mostly sealed road and paved path, with a small share of unsealed track. The profile is gently rolling, with a few short rises and falls. The 10k starts at 7:45am and runs alongside the half marathon, 5k and 2k Kids' Dash on the same morning as Round Four of the Auckland Half Marathon Series.
